Job summary

PTC-CHIEN LI TRANSPORTATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Driver Team Lead to manage a fleet of prime mover drivers, plan jobs, and ensure on-time deliveries while meeting customer SLAs. You will supervise drivers, coordinate with customer service, and uphold safety regulations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin, strong teamwork, and readiness to start on short notice.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team, be proactive and self-motivated.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to start on short notice.

• Monitor trucking progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Communicate with drivers and handle their feedback and concerns.
