Tong Tar Transport Service Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organized transport operations manager to independently manage operations across multiple projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality transport delivery.

You will drive customer service, plan routes, coordinate with drivers and stakeholders, train crew, and continuously improve service standards through effective use of IT tools and clear communication.

• Plan and execute onboarding procedures for passengers based on route orders to ensure smooth service initiation
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and facilitate onboarding processes effectively
• Design and coordinate driver routes to optimize transport operations and meet project requirements
• Train bus crew and monitor service quality to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction
• Address and resolve customer feedback, queries, and complaints constructively to enhance service experience
• Communicate clearly and manage bus crew to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance
• Utilize IT tools and technology to streamline workflows and train team members on their effective use
• Create visual materials for presentations to support internal communication and external stakeholder engagement
