Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Transit Operator Performance Management division. You will mentor staff, oversee audits of O&M processes, and ensure rail operators comply with procedures and contracts.

You will drive strategic oversight on contracts, incidents, and performance metrics while engaging senior stakeholders across government, operators, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or related discipline.
• 8+ years of rail industry experience (O&M/design preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor officers in audits of O&M processes across rail systems.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracts, variations/claims, budgets, and incident investigations.
• Engage senior stakeholders on design reviews, system interfaces, testing, commissioning, and policy matters.
• Develop frameworks, policies, and processes to improve performance and reliability.
