Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Transit Operator Performance Management division, focusing on operations and maintenance of MRT systems to ensure high reliability and availability of train services.

You will oversee audits of O&M processes across rail systems, provide strategic oversight on contracts, budgets, and incident investigations, and engage senior stakeholders to drive improvements in design, testing, commissioning and policy matters.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years rail industry experience, preferably O&M or design.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; synthesize complex issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management across government, operators and partners.
• Proficient in MS Office; data visualization or RPA is a plus.
• Familiarity with local railway and building regs is an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor officers in audits of O&M processes across rail systems.
• Provide strategic oversight on contract variations, budgets, and incident investigations.
• Engage senior stakeholders on design, testing, commissioning, emergency exercises, and policy matters.
• Develop frameworks, policies to improve performance and reliability.
