Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Manager, Rail Performance Analysis to guide a team in analysing rail operating performance and identifying trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement for Singapore’s RTS network.

You will lead rail performance initiatives, monitor data accuracy, develop new indicators, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Statistics, Data Science, Business or related discipline.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including minutes taking and technical writing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to develop evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and interpret data to extract meaningful insights into rail performance.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure accuracy of statistics.
• Perform checks and audits on data collection processes of rail operators.
• Review, develop and implement new rail performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.
