Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore offers a Transformation Internship in Group Operations & Technology. You will support AI-driven transformation, intelligent document processing, digitalisation, and process improvement within Group Shared Services.

You'll gain hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira/Confluence) and automation using Power Platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and business units.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
• Organised and objective-driven with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Transformation projects: support planning and execution of business transformation initiatives.
• Process improvement: map current processes and identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements.
• Project delivery support: draft user stories, test plans, and scripts for implementation.
• Data preparation: assist in creating training and testing datasets for AI initiatives.
• Change management: aid in communications, training, and stakeholder engagement for new processes.
• Project tracking: maintain documentation, timelines, status updates, and logs.
• Stakeholder engagement: participate in workshops to gather requirements and support design.
• Reporting & presentations: prepare updates and milestones for leadership.
• Ad-hoc tasks: assist on transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives.
