Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a motivated intern to support Group Technology Projects in Singapore. You will assist in tracking project progress, governance, risk logging, and data-driven reporting while collaborating with project managers and tech teams.

This role offers hands-on experience across enterprise projects in a banking environment. You will gain exposure to Waterfall and Agile methods, develop project coordination and stakeholder management skills, and learn how tech transformations drive

Qualifications

Curious, organized, and eager to learn.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in technology, innovation, and project management.

Responsibilities

Project coordination: track and report progress of technology projects and programmes.
Support project governance: assist in preparing business cases, charters, status reports, and governance materials.
Assist risk & issue management: maintain plans, risk registers, and change logs.
Data analysis & reporting: contribute to performance metrics visualization.
Process improvement: participate in reviews to enhance delivery processes.
Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deliverables.
Delivery support: ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and methodologies.
Ad hoc tasks: support other transformation and PM initiatives.
