Job summary

OCBC invites you to join as a Transformation & Data Analytics Intern, a role designed to apply data, technology, and innovation to real banking problems. You will work with business, operations, and tech stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver data-driven solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience across the project lifecycle, from requirements and user stories to delivery and testing, while developing technical skills in analytics, visualization, and automation.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, IS, CS, Engineering).
Proficiency in Python and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

Digital Transformation: support AI-driven and data-based transformation initiatives.
Business Analysis: gather requirements, write user stories, assist solution design.
Agile Project Delivery: help manage deliverables using Agile methods and tools.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): participate in testing to ensure requirements are met.
Data Analytics: analyze operational data to identify risks and insights.
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and tech teams to drive adoption.
