Job summary

Qualifications
- Open to learning and feedback.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, Power BI and data analysis techniques.
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Pursuing a degree in relevant fields.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation: support initiatives that drive operational transformation through AI, digitalisation, and data-driven solutions.
- Business Analysis: gather and document business requirements, prepare user stories, and support solution design activities.
- Agile Project Delivery: assist in the management of project deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate and participate in testing activities to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met.
- Data Analytics: analyse operational data to identify risks, productivity opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support project implementation and change adoption.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
