Job summary

OCBC Singapore invites an ambitious Transformation Intern to join our Group Shared Services journey. You will assist in AI, intelligent document processing, digitalisation and process improvement projects, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology partners to deliver value.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to project management methodologies, Jira/Confluence tooling, and automation using Microsoft Power Platform, while supporting operational excellence and change management

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a aligned field such as Business, IS, Engineering, CS or Analytics.
• Interest in transformation and process improvement with a learning mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of transformation initiatives across OCBC.
• Support process mapping, data collection and opportunity identification.
• Prepare user stories, test plans and test scripts for project delivery.
• Help develop training datasets for AI and digital transformation.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines and status updates.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support design.
• Assist in preparing project updates and presentations.
