Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites applications for a Transformation Intern role within Group Shared Services. You will join a dynamic team supporting AI, intelligent document processing, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, automation, and change management while contributing to efficiency and the bank's transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, IS, Engineering, CS, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Curiosity and passion for transformation, AI and process improvement.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of transformation initiatives to improve processes.
• Map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare user stories, test plans and scripts for delivery.
• Prepare training and testing data for AI initiatives.
• Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain project documents, timelines, and status updates.
• Help gather requirements in workshops and assist solution design.
• Create presentations and updates for milestones.
• Provide ad-hoc support for transformation and automation tasks.
