OCBC invites ambitious students to join the Group Technology Projects internship in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale technology initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across the bank.

You’ll develop project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting strategic programmes with meaningful business impact. You will work with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support governance,

Qualifications

Open to learning and feedback.
Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI would be advantageous.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of technology projects and programmes.
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases and charters.
Assist in maintaining project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change request documentation.
Contribute to analysis and visualization of project performance metrics to support decision-making.
Participate in project reviews and support initiatives that enhance delivery processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Group Operations & Technology and business units.
Assist in ensuring projects adhere to governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
Provide support on other technology transformation and project management initiatives.
