Responsibilities

• Deliver annual total compensation and incentives cycles, validating inputs and producing reports.
• Run market benchmarking and rewards analytics, interpreting pay data and trends.
• Provide rewards advisory on new hires, promotions, retention, and off-cycle proposals.
• Support job evaluation and architecture, ensuring consistent grading and records.
• Administer benefits, recognition and wellbeing programmes and monitor costs.
• Maintain governance and regulatory compliance for remuneration frameworks and policies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify rewards processes and improve data quality and communications.
