Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously review market trends and benchmarks to keep offerings competitive.
- Create/manage compensation frameworks including salary structures and bonus programs.
- Lead the annual salary review cycle with market studies and data.
- Oversee administration of employee benefits programs such as health coverage and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to advise on compensation- and benefits-related issues.
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials to explain programs to employees.
- Address employee questions and escalations with timely, accurate resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date compensation and benefits records and documentation.
