Job summary

Nomura Singapore Limited is seeking an experienced compensation, reward and HR analytics professional to join the Reward Advisory team within Group Reward. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to deliver advisory services, benchmark compensation, and manage the annual cycle including bonus modelling and salary reviews.

You will analyse market data from providers such as McLagan/Willis Towers Watson, present to senior management and support Remuneration Committee materials,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compensation, reward, or HR analytics function.
• Commercial awareness of financial services compensation structures, including fixed and variable pay.
• Experience delivering a front-to-back year-end compensation process (bonus modelling, pool management, salary review).
• Knowledge of market data providers, ideally McLagan and/or Willis Towers Watson.
• Ability to build relationships as a trusted compensation advisor to senior management and HR Partners.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; advanced Excel; data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with HR analytics platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to deliver compensation advisory and benchmarking.
• Lead year-end compensation cycle including bonus modelling and salary reviews.
• Conduct market analysis to assess competitiveness of fixed pay and total compensation.
• Provide cross-divisional analytics and advisory support across regions.
• Support Remuneration Committee materials with governance reporting and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Strategy to deliver people analytics insights.
• Drive firm-wide compensation projects and standards in collaboration with the Group Head of Reward.
