Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to design, govern and administer our rewards programmes. You will provide analytical support on compensation, benefits, job evaluation and governance, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to balance cost with competitive outcomes.

You will lead or contribute to rewards projects, policy development, market benchmarking, and practical recommendations to attract, retain and motivate talent while managing risk and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience in total rewards design and governance.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to partner with HR and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, pay structures and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, governance and administration of AIA Singapore’s total rewards programmes.
• Provide analytical and advisory support on compensation, benefits, job evaluation and rewards governance.
• Lead or contribute to rewards projects, policy development, market benchmarking.
• Deliver annual performance and rewards cycles.
• Coordinate annual total compensation reviews and salary increase processes.
• Provide rewards advisory and compensation support to HRBP and People Managers.
