Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10–12 years of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or related HR function.
• Strong experience managing compensation cycles, salary reviews and benefits.
• Prior experience in market benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
• Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and internal equity.
• Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures and differentiated reward strategies for key employee groups.
• Review and enhance benefits programmes to support employee attraction, retention and wellbeing.
• Manage compensation-related projects and ad-hoc payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and Finance on remuneration matters and support the Head of HR on key HR initiatives.
