The role will lead annual remuneration cycles, benchmark against market standards, and drive incentive programs to create long-term value. Ideal candidates bring at least 15 years of experience in rewards and compensation, with strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills, and a strategic, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline; HR-related qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in rewards and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rewards policies and programs that align with the organization's philosophy and strategic objectives.
• Support remuneration committees on matters related to executive compensation.
• Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring alignment with market standards through benchmarking and analysis.
• Oversee incentive programs, including short- and long-term incentives, linking reward outcomes with long-term value creation.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and flexible benefits schemes.
• Enhance the performance management framework to bolster organizational capabilities and individual performance.
• Review and formulate international mobility policies that support global growth and workforce mobility needs.
