Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Singapore is seeking a rewards specialist to support the design, governance and administration of total rewards programmes across the organisation.

You will provide analytical and advisory support on compensation, benefits, job evaluation and governance; lead rewards projects, policy development, market benchmarking, and recommendations that attract and retain talent while controlling cost and risk.

• Deliver annual performance & rewards cycles (salary reviews, increases, incentives).
• Conduct market benchmarking and rewards analytics; translate data into practical recommendations.
• Provide rewards advisory on hires, promotions, retention, mobility and off-cycle proposals.
• Support job evaluation and job architecture; review descriptions and grading.
• Administer benefits, recognition and wellbeing programmes; monitor usage and costs.
• Maintain rewards governance and regulatory compliance with policies and records.
• Drive process improvements; develop guidance and communications for stakeholders.
