Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager (Total Rewards) to drive compensation, benefits, payroll and performance management initiatives in our client-based environment in Singapore. The role oversees end-to-end payroll, salary reviews, market benchmarking and benefits administration, while guiding junior HR team members.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Total Rewards experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems; prior supervisory

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of Total Rewards, C&B, payroll or performance management experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate salary reviews, promotions, bonuses and market adjustments.
• Oversee benefits programs and vendor management.
• Support HRIS, payroll projects and process automation.
• Guide junior HR team members on HR projects.
