Job summary

Qnity in Singapore seeks a highly motivated Thermal & EMI Solutions FAE to join our SEA team. You will be responsible for the selection, qualification, and application engineering of TIM and EMI materials across product lines to meet customer thermal performance and EMC requirements.

The role is customer-facing, collaborating with OEM/ODM/CM engineers, distribution partners and cross-regional teams to implement Qnity solutions and provide rapid technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in thermal management and EMC engineering.
• Experience with TIM selection and EMI materials.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for TIM, EMI, absorbers, and shielding materials at customer site.
• Work with OEM/ODM/CM engineers and partners to implement solutions.
• Coordinate resources for quick on-site engineering support.
• Drive new business development with the commercial team in the region.
• Travel may be required for on-site support.
