Job summary

Qnity is seeking a highly motivated Thermal & EMI Solutions FAE to join our SEA team. You will drive TIM/EMI material selections, promote MFS solutions at customer sites, and coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and cross-regional teams to ensure EMC compliance and thermal performance.

Travel within SEA is expected. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in thermal management and EMI engineering, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials science or related field.
  • 3–5 years hands-on experience in thermal management and EMI engineering.
  • Experience with TIM materials and EMI materials (gaskets, absorbers, shielding).
  • Familiarity with ASTM/IEEE/MIL-STD test methods.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own TIM, EMI, absorber, and MFS promotion at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with OEM/ODM/CM teams and distributors to implement solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources for quick turnaround on engineering challenges.
  • Drive new business development with commercial team in the region.
  • Support exhibitions and marketing actions.
  • Travel to provide on-site support across SEA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
