Job summary

You will diagnose issues, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement across hardware, software, and system levels. The role requires 3–5 years of FAE experience, proficiency in Windows and Linux, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
• 3–5 years of FAE experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external and internal teams.
• Manage RMA processes and analyze failures.
• Support product validation and quality initiatives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training.
• Document failure analyses and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Service teams.
