Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Technical Support Specialist to assist customers in electronics and semiconductor products, with focus on MCU, Analog and Power solutions. You will participate in design support, demonstrations and technical training.

You will troubleshoot issues, liaise with suppliers, prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic B2B environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Knowledge or hands-on with MCU, Analog and/or Power products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on semiconductor products, MCU, Analog and Power solutions.
• Support customers during design and development, including product selection and application.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with customers and suppliers to identify solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers' technical teams on product enquiries and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, seminars and training for customers.
• Support new projects and applications by providing technical recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation where required.
