QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Customer Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Singapore.

The role involves hands-on equipment service, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The position requires a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, and training will be provided. Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering required/preferred.
Maintenance or technical service experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

Perform Tier I service activities independently and Tier II with guidance.
Carry out preventive maintenance and complete quality repairs within set timeframes.
Respond to fab issues, coordinate with engineers, and join escalation calls.
Verify equipment performance and assist senior engineers when required.
Apply diagnostic techniques to resolve technical problems in process, software, or hardware systems.
Contribute to projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing uptime.
Ensure customer satisfaction by planning and coordinating support with client management.
Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict safety procedures.
