You will lead on-site deployment, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of our autonomous vehicles across Singapore and Southeast Asia, collaborating with customer technical teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle deployment, sensor calibration, functional testing, and customer acceptance for AEVs (autonomous logistics and delivery vehicles).
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on product training to customer operations teams.
• Gather real-world usage feedback and work with R&D to drive product improvements.
• Maintain detailed commissioning logs, service reports, and technical documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance.

We are seeking a dedicated Field Application Engineer (FAE) for our Singapore office. You will be responsible for on-site deployment, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of UISEE autonomous vehicles (AEVs) across Singapore and Southeast Asia, working closely with customer technical teams to ensure seamless product operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete vehicle deployment, sensor calibration, functional testing, and customer acceptance for AEVs (autonomous logistics and delivery vehicles).
2. 2. Technical Support & Maintenance Provide on-site and remote support; quickly diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize vehicle downtime.
3. 3. Customer Training Develop training materials and deliver hands‑on product training to customer operations teams, enabling them to operate and maintain AEVs independently.
4. 4. Voice of Customer Gather real-world usage feedback and collaborate closely with the R&D team to drive continuous product improvement.
5. 5. Documentation Maintain detailed commissioning logs, service reports, and technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
