• Ensure all safety protocols and WI are followed strictly.
• Provide On-Job Training and performance feedback.
• Liaise with customers on exception and special handling requests.
• Monitor usage and condition of MHE.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation management
  • Oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
  • Allocate manpower and monitor productivity levels throughout the shift.
  • Ensure necessary picking are planned and prepared according to dashboard.
• Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
  • Ensure all safety protocols and WI are followed strictly.
  • In charge of 5S/6S for the warehouse.
• Staff Management
  • Provide On-Job‑Training and performance feedback.
  • Gather feedback from ground staff while reporting to executive/manager.
  • Stand in as operators/admin when shorthanded.
• Customer Management
  • Liaise with customers on exception and special handling requests.
• Equipment & Asset Management
  • Monitor usage and condition of MHE.
  • Maintenance and servicing of MHE.
  • Ensure all IT assets are in operational condition and take necessary steps to ensure operational continuity in case of IT equipment downtime.
