Job summary

SDP PACKAGING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to manage day-to-day order entries, coordinate delivery arrangements, liaise with suppliers and transport teams, and supervise warehouse staff.

You will monitor inventories, maintain records, ensure safety compliance, conduct daily warehouse inspections, and handle loading/unloading duties including steel drums. Night shifts occur monthly from the 16th to end of month with the Assistant Logistic Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements & status with customers.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
• Monitor and order supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Load and unload steel drums from truck, trailer, and warehouse when required.
• Every month from the 16th until the end of the month work the night shift, routing with Assistant Logistic Supervisor.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
• Hold a forklift license.
