CAREERNEXUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor (pre-tender) to support civil construction bids in Singapore.

You will perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities, draft cost estimates, and issue inquiries to subcontractors with a focus on timely tender submissions. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, has 2–3 years pre-tender experience, and can communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Competenze

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant pre-tender quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Experience in tender preparation, quantity take-off and Bills of Quantities.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to read construction drawings.

• Study tender drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
• Carry out quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for tender submissions.
• Send out enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers and compare quotations.
• Handle tender queries, clarifications and addenda.
• Compile tender documents and submit them on time.
