POH SIA CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of quantity surveying and contract administration.

You will review tender documents, obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare accurate take-offs within project timelines. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to work

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a methodical work approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
• Review tender and contract documents; identify discrepancies and raise queries for clarification
• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Evaluate and compare quotations to support procurement decisions
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements within project timelines
