Job summary

• Candidate with minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
• Candidate with Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry our quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Ability to source for supplier or subcontractor for quotation for tendering
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
• Handle progress interim payments and claims application including liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Other duties as assigned
