CAREERNEXUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle tendering tasks in Singapore. The role involves analyzing tender drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities, and computing cost estimates for bids.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of pre-tender QS experience in civil construction, with Mandarin-speaking ability and strong Excel and drawing-reading skills. Immediate start is advantageous.

Competenze

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant estimation or pre-tender quantity surveying experience in civil construction.
• Experience in quantity take-off, Bills of Quantities and tender preparation.
• Mandarin-speaking to communicate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reading construction drawings.

Mansioni

• Go through tender drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Do quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Work out cost estimates and prices for tenders.
• Request and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Answer tender queries and update estimates for addenda.
• Prepare the tender submission documents before the deadline.
