Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, cost management and contract administration on construction projects in Singapore.

The candidate will handle tender pricing, subcontractor procurement and progress claims, with 2+ years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields. Monday–Saturday work schedule and industry-standard software proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in quantity take-offs, tender pricing and contract administration.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control and progress claims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CCS PO/WO module.
• Knowledge of construction cost management techniques.
• Able to prepare costing reports and commercial documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• ISO Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders.
• Review drawings and tender docs for pricing purposes.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractors' quotations.
• Prepare subcontracting and contract administration docs.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure and cost performance.
• Prepare progress claims and evaluate subcontractor payments.
• Maintain monthly costing, claims, budget and payment records.
• Prepare commercial and cost monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors on commercial matters.
