Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Tender Estimator to prepare cost-informed tender submissions for construction projects in Singapore. You will perform quantity take-offs, incorporate amendments, and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive, accurate bids.

The role requires a Diploma in civil engineering/building/quantity surveying and at least 3 years of tendering experience, with strong MS Office and measurement software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering, building, or quantity surveying.
• 3+ years of relevant construction tendering experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and measurement software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with cost estimation and contract administration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender quotations within timelines.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for cost estimation.
• Review tender amendments and update cost calculations.
• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and info.
• Arrange and conduct tender interviews with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve competitive project costs.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and letters of award.
• Monitor progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and subcontractor payments.
• Assist in settlement of final accounts with clients and suppliers.
• Maintain documentation across tendering and project lifecycle.
