ECU-Worldwide (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager in Singapore to manage end-to-end tender/RFQ processes, conduct cost and selling analyses, and develop competitive pricing solutions that align with targeted profitability.

Tender Management Team (TMT) - Assistant Pricing Manager role based in Singapore. The position involves managing the end-to-end tender/RFQ process, conducting comprehensive cost and selling analysis, developing competitive pricing solutions, and leading the implementation of awarded tenders/RFQs.
Manage the end-to-end tender/RFQ process, including understanding customer requirements, preparing RFQ details, coordinating internally, and making necessary adjustments to ensure all requirements are accurately addressed within the stipulated timeline.
Work closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team and Management on RFQ briefings, customer Q&A sessions, pricing discussions and overall rate strategy.
Conduct comprehensive cost and selling analysis, evaluating relevant cost structures and incorporating cost considerations into pricing decisions to ensure commercially viable and profitable solutions.
Develop competitive pricing solutions while ensuring rates meet targeted GP, yield and profitability objectives.
Communicate and coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders to define tender/RFQ scope, requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment across functions.
Review pricing exceptions and provide commercially sound recommendations based on customer value, market conditions, volume potential and profitability.
Manage tariff maintenance and updates, ensuring pricing information is accurate, current and aligned with approved commercial strategies.
Monitor market movements and identify opportunities to increase rates and improve yield, while strategically defending volume when market conditions require a more competitive pricing approach.
Lead the implementation of awarded tenders/RFQs, ensuring agreed pricing and commercial terms are accurately communicated and implemented across relevant systems and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of pricing and tender processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, turnaround time and commercial outcomes.
Handle and resolve internal pricing and commercial disputes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely and commercially appropriate solutions.
Support ad-hoc commercial and pricing initiatives and other assignments as required.
Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and communication skills in English
A team player, but able to work independently set own agenda under own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
