Job summary

ECU-Worldwide (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager in Singapore to manage end-to-end tender/RFQ processes, conduct cost and selling analyses, and develop competitive pricing solutions that align with targeted profitability.

You will work closely with the KAM team and Management to set pricing strategy and ensure timely execution of awarded tenders. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• A team player, but able to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender/RFQ process with timelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with KAM team and Management on RFQ briefings and pricing strategy.
• Conduct cost and selling analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop competitive pricing solutions to meet GP, yield and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define tender scope and specifications.
• Review pricing exceptions and provide commercially sound recommendations.
• Lead implementation of awarded tenders/RFQs across systems and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing and tender processes.
• Handle internal pricing disputes and resolve commercially.
