Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Temp Executive Assistant for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, provide secretarial support, and require proficiency in Microsoft Office. Minimum A’level or Diploma is necessary. This role offers a competitive pay of S$11/hour and standard office hours, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Administrative/secretarial experience required.
  • Full vaccinations required: Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain or update intranet information pages for Finance and Clinic Ops.
  • Manage routine and ad hoc tasks for Committees.
  • Prepare information for committees meetings and other departmental meetings.
  • Assist to update Clinic Execs Leave Roster.
  • Generate/Prepare Reports Department Appointment Report (DAR) & Inpatients’ Admission.
  • Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Report.
  • Provide secretarial support & calendar management to Finance and Clinic Operations HOD.
  • Liaison person for Finance and Clinic Ops Department operations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Duration: 6 months

Requirements

  • Full vaccinations required: Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid (missing have to pay at own cost)
