United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead to drive performance and growth. You will lead a team of telesales officers, coach and ramp new hires, and collaborate with the Sales Head to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, people management, and a data-driven mindset to spot improvements and shape effective sales strategies.

Qualificações

Experience in managing a sales team.
Prior telesales experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data analytic mindset.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Target oriented.
Good team player.
Good in people management.
Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations (objections/complaints).

Responsabilidades

To work with Sales Head to achieve individual as well as team sales targets
To lead and coach a team of telesales officer to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales
To recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively
To proactively identify opportunities for improvements.
To monitor team sales performance
To develop sales strategies to ensure success and growth
