Qualifications

• Relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance, wealth management, banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance and wealth advisory, with the ability to translate technical concepts into client conversations.
• Experience in business development, distribution management, sales enablement, training, coaching or frontline leadership.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with performance data to identify opportunities and actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage frontline employees, managers and senior stakeholders with strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and frontline teams to drive bancassurance performance across segments or clusters.
• Analyse business performance, activity trends and opportunities to identify growth areas and implement targeted interventions.
• Coach and develop bankers to strengthen advisory conversations.
• Support onboarding, coaching and capability-building programmes for new and developing bankers.
• Facilitate workshops and training that translate product knowledge into practical client conversations.
• Ensure initiatives are executed effectively with strong customer experience, governance and regulatory compliance.
