Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Admin Support to handle inside sales, customer communications, and order processing for Telco clients.

You will collaborate with the Business Manager and Telco teams to ensure smooth renewals and accurate data management. You will be trained on products, systems, and sales processes, with emphasis on building strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive product, system, and sales process training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
• Advise customers on their upcoming contract renewal options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal decisions.
