Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin Support in Singapore to manage contract renewals and coordinate customer communications. The role involves advising on renewal options, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records within a busy Telco environment.

You will interact with customers via phone and email, support sales targets, and collaborate with the Business Manager and Telco teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in inside sales or customer service.
• Experience in telecommunications is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
• Comfortable using online portals and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are nearing expiry.
• Advise customers on renewal options.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through professional communication.
• Follow up to ensure timely renewal decisions.
• Recommend suitable Telco connectivity plans based on business needs.
• Promote technology refresh opportunities, including hardware replacements.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to higher-value plans.
• Meet renewal and sales targets.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Send renewal reminders, quotations and follow-ups.
• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and renewal processes.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain required documents and approvals.
• Prepare and process acceptance forms and documents.
• Ensure documents are complete before submission.
• Upload applications and documents to the Telco portal.
• Monitor status and follow through to activation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales tracking.
• Work with Business Manager and Telco support teams to ensure order processing.
• Escalate issues for prompt resolution.
• Participate in product and sales training.
