Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin Support in Singapore to handle customer relations, contract renewals, and sales administration.

The role requires basic computer proficiency, CRM familiarity, and a willingness to learn through provided training. Work involves coordinating communications with Telco customers, processing documents, and supporting business development efforts to meet renewal targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: contact Telco customers whose contracts are nearing expiry; advise on renewal options; maintain relationships; follow up for timely renewal decisions.
• Sales & Business Development: recommend suitable Telco connectivity plans; promote technology refresh opportunities; identify opportunities to upgrade plans; achieve renewal and sales targets.
• Customer Correspondence: communicate with customers via telephone and email; send renewal reminders and quotations; respond to enquiries regarding products, pricing and renewal processes; coordinate required documents.
• Sales Administration: prepare and process acceptance forms and supporting documentation; ensure accuracy; upload to Telco online portal; monitor status till activation.
• Team Collaboration: work with Business Manager and Telco support teams; escalate issues for prompt resolution; participate in training.
