Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-enabled incident support and data sensitivity awareness.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on‑premises and cloud).
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
• Implement and follow policies ensuring operational stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments and drive observability tooling evolution.
• Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders from incident to restoration.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for full stack systems.
