Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant with 5+ years of proven 360° recruitment experience in an agency environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from business development to candidate placement and account management.

You will build relationships with technology clients and senior stakeholders, conduct market mapping, source top talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data and IT Infrastructure, and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or executive search.
• Strong 360° recruitment experience with exposure to business development and candidate delivery.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and placement targets.
• Experience recruiting across the Technology/IT sector.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with mid-to-senior level hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end 360° recruitment cycle including business development, client management, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities via cold calls, referrals and market mapping; drive repeat business and revenue.
• Source and engage top technology talent across Software, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure and IT Project Management.
• Maintain candidate processes from engagement to onboarding and provide market insights on salaries and hiring strategies.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant with 5+ years of proven 360° recruitment experience within an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate placement and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end 360° recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology clients, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Manage existing client accounts and drive repeat business and revenue growth.
• Source and engage high-quality technology talent across areas such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, IT Support and Project Management.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering against agreed revenue and placement targets.
• Provide clients with market insights on salary trends, talent availability and hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate processes from initial engagement through interview, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build a strong personal network and talent community within the technology sector.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity, pipeline and sales information within the system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or executive search environment.
• Strong 360° recruitment experience with proven exposure to both business development and candidate delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding individual revenue and placement targets.
• Strong experience recruiting across the Technology / IT sector.
• Excellent business development, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident engaging with mid-to-senior level hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong candidate sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
• Commercially driven, resilient and highly motivated by targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
