As a Technology & Digital Transformation Lead, IT, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drive the organization’s digital vision, ensuring that systems and technologies support both operational efficiency and social impact.
• Manage and maintain digital tools, systems, and data to ensure they are secure, accessible, and reliable for everyday use.
• Develop clear IT policies, procedures, and training programs that make technology simple and effective for all users.
• Strengthen data protection and cybersecurity practices; proactively manage risks like data loss or service disruptions.
• Work closely with internal teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve services and create new opportunities.
• Champion digital literacy and support staff and partners in adopting new tools with confidence.
• Lead digital initiatives that integrate with national platforms and external partners, always prioritizing user needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas that drive meaningful change.
• Serve as the organization’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring full compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Ensure all technology initiatives are aligned with our mission and designed to serve communities effectively.
