Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the efficient operations, repair maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in the hotel
2. Maintains and repairs electrical machines, kitchen equipment and any other equipment in the hotel
3. Perform preventive maintenance for all guest room & public areas according to checklist
4. Responsible to record all jobs done and recommendation in the checklist
5. Accountable to report any abnormality encountered during the checking of all M&E plant room equipment
6. Assists in the efficient operation and maintenance of Chilled water plant and hot water system
7. Assist Shift Engineer for the servicing works of all air handling units and fan coil units of the hotel
8. Maintains emergency generator and conducts test run according to schedule
9. Support Security department during fire drill exercise and for any fire related matters

Education & Work Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment
2. Diploma / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / Refrigeration / Building Services / Facilities Technology Certificate from a recognized training Institute
3. Independent and responsible individual
