Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to act as the main point for maintenance inside our facility. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing and equipment repair tasks while documenting work orders and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• BCA-recognized certification in facilities management preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance within commercial buildings, preferably in banking/financial institutions
• Valid BCA Facilities Management certification (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act and relevant regulations
• Knowledge in building management systems (BMS)
• Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Familiar with preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
• Previous work experience in banking/financial services facilities preferred
• Ability to respond to emergency callouts

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including building repairs, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC work according to established health and safety standards
• Maintain and document all assigned work orders and inventories using Corrigo
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment; support shutdown work
• Analyze system operations, diagnose problems, and take corrective action
• Support in events and AV setup
• Conduct site rounds to identify faults, coordinate repairs, and ensure vendor compliance
• Respond with urgency to requests that may disrupt normal operations
• Assemble tools and supplies for jobs, ensure cleanup and return of materials
• Perform furniture/equipment moves and changes (MAC) as required
• Complete daily facilities requests and provide technical support
• Oversee tenant fit-out works and ensure compliance with authorities
