Job summary

MTSC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for PCBA-related equipment and systems.

The role includes troubleshooting, installation support, and routine servicing with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields and be willing to learn in a hands-on environment offering comprehensive

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
• Knowledge/experience in installation, setup & commissioning of factory automation systems & equipment.
• Knowledge of PCBA equipment like ICT, AOI/SPI and AXI is an added advantage; electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and service for PCBA-related equipment and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of PCBAs and electronics systems.
• Support installation, maintenance, and routine servicing activities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled service tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs independently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Be available for standby duties and support during urgent or unscheduled service requirements.

Requirements:

• -Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in: Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics / Electromechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• -Knowledge & experience in installation, setup & commissioning of factory automation systems & equipment.
• - Knowledge of PCBA equipment like ICT, AOI/SPI and AXI is an added advantage. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
