Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Experience in field service and customer support for semiconductor industry equipment.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills in PCB, PC hardware, and software to resolve technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly.
