Job summary

DKSH Singapore seeks an on-site service engineer to install, commission and service automation equipment at customer sites. You will train operators, perform setup and maintenance, and provide after-sales support to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires 3+ years in SMT/semiconductor or automation, with willingness to travel overseas and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of service sales/solutions targets.
• Identify and create new opportunities with sales/service leaders to increase funnel.
• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment.
• Provide training on operation, setup and maintenance of equipment at site.
• Provide after-sales technical and support activities.
• Conduct product application testing for customers.
• Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
• Update pipelines and status weekly to department.
